    Dear compatriots,
    as we agreed, today we will discuss the implementation process adopted by the March 1 application and we will draw appropriate conclusions from the reaction of the government.     -I would like to ask Mr. Ozkan's viewpoint if the arrangement of Armenian-Turkish relations became problematic after the recent events than before the start of the "Football Diplomacy".

    -I don't think that Armenian-Turkish relations should be changed today. If we look Chinese - American relations then Nickson went China and met with Mao in 1972, but the improvement of relations began  2-3 years later.

    What’s the real motivation of proposed Constitutional reforms?

    Recently a recommendation for Constitutional reforms has been put for de-facto public discussion. The idea that comes from the RA President Serzh Sargsyan, suggests making the present Parliament bicameral through adding the Senate institute to the existing National Assembly. According to the official Yerevan, in case of such reforms it’ll become possible to involve Diaspora representatives in Armenia’s governance justifying it with the dual citizenship institute already applied in Armenia and its possible consequences.Although the reforms idea has been introduces in general form and without details, however the international experience in bicameral parliaments and expected political, economic and social developments in Armenia enable to make some assumptions and conclusions.

    In my opinion, it is a play-off match before the continuation of selection round on participation in the championship of the Europe 2012 as for Georgia, so for Armenia. The main couch Temur Ketsbaya gathered an absolutely different team in the previous games with Slovenia and Latvia. So the same thing will be with Armenia as well. It is one more chance to test a team, to approve some new players. We will do everything to avoid the traumas and excesses.

    Every day the deepening financial and economic crisis is leaving its negative impact on the return of credits. Today we can say that the problematic credits have become one of the main problems of the crisis, against which different countries make tremendous efforts. 
    Problematic credits worsen the bank's credit portfolio, increase the realization risk level, reduce profits, and eventually may lead to insolvency of banks.

      The building of Matenadaran was constructed and built in 1945-1957 years. The author of the construction is the famous architect Mark Grigoryan.The wonderful castle of Matenadaran where the immortal treasures of armenian manuscripts are kept in safety has been exploted since 1959. Matenadaran was named after Mesrop Mashtoc in 1962.
